Colin went above and beyond for me in the two transactions we’ve closed together (so far!) I never doubted his desire to find the right deals for me, or his willingness to work hard until the job was done. He went out of his way to stop he from pulling the trigger on a few duds, delaying his own payday in the process, which I think tells a prospective client everything they would need to know about the kind of guy they’ll be working with.
Colin is great. A real pro who really knows his stuff. We saw a house and he showed it to us promptly. He's also a skilled negotiator who got us a good price. He was also able to get several parts of the house fixed at no cost to us before we closed on the property. I would highly recommend using Colin as a realtor if you're looking to buy a house.
Colin worked with us for weeks and weeks to find a home in Snowmass CO. He did a great job managing our expectations in a very hot market. He did countless virtual tours and spend several days with us when we were in the area to look at properties throughout the roaring fork valley. He IN addition to public listings Colin showed us several pockets listings (we offered on two of them.) He helped keep our spirits up when we seller after seller rejected our offer. He also insisted we see a property that both my wife and I dismissed out of hand when we reviewed on Zillow. Colin clearly knows the I-70 corridor very well and has lived in the area for a very long time. He was aware of the ins and outs of financing and helped work through issues related to HOA/condotel classification to make sure I could finance my purchase. He was very responsive and easy to work with overall.
